Our clinic prides itself on providing quality patient care. Due to lengthy waiting periods for an appointment, a late cancellation or not showing up on appointment day prevents other patients from the benefits of our physiotherapy treatments.
We require 24 hours’ business day notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Should the required business notice not be provided, a cancellation fee will be directly billed to you.
Please understand that other patients are waiting for an appointment. If you can provide us with enough notice when you are unable to make the appointment booked, it will be given to a patient waiting to see the physiotherapist to help shorten our wait times.
All intake forms will be sent to you electronically and need to be completed prior to your first appointment at our clinic if you are a new patient. Please complete any applicable forms prior to attending the clinic to avoid a delay in treatment.
