This initial appointment is used to gather health history and other information for complex cases where treatment planning, advocacy, or referral is beneficial. The advantage of having a virtual session means we can discuss your case and gather all the relevant information in order to make a collaborative treatment plan. Follow-up in-person sessions will have more focus on hands-on work and progressing the treatment plan.
