• Posture and movement observation
• Orthopedic testing for joints, muscles, and movement
• Pulse, tongue, and TCM diagnostic assessment
• A full acupuncture treatment tailored to your primary concern
• Tuina manual therapy (alignment, acupressure, massage) if you are nervous about needles
• Additional techniques as needed (cupping, gua sha, acupressure)
• A personalized treatment plan and recommendations
