You will need to buzz up “0601” by using the keypad next to the front entrance on Carlton St or on P2 if you are parking in the lot. You may buzz up to 15 minutes before your appointment start time. Before this time, your therapist may still be in treatment and unable to get to the phone. *

RMT fees listed below do not include 13% HST. HST is not charged for Physiotherapy or Psychotherapy.
You will receive an insurance receipt at the end of every treatment which you can use to file your claim.
To book an appointment, a credit card on file is required. It will not be charged during booking and payment will occur at the end of your treatment.
Cancellations are allowed up until 24 hours before your treatment. A fee equal to 50% of the booked service will be charged for any cancellations within 24 hours. No shows will be charged the full cost of the booked service. These fees are out-of-pocket and not covered by insurance.
