If you are a returning patient but it has been over a year since your last visit, or you have a new injury/issue, please book a new initial assessment. A lot can change in your body over the course of a year and our practitioners will need the extra time to reassess your condition and treat you.
Please note that our services are not covered under the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). We do not accept claims from Work Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). If you are seeking treatment due to a motor vehicle accident (MVA), please book an initial assessment and be sure to indicate that this is a result of an MVA on your intake form.
