- A review of the child’s health and developmental history will be discussed as well as parental concerns, priorities, and goals for OT support and intervention. Some initial informal / formal assessment with parents and/or child may occur in the first session if time allows.
- OT will share a customized therapy plan/goals for intervention and any associated handouts or resources following initial intake session.
- PLEASE NOTE: Child does not need to be present for initial intake session if parents would prefer to discuss specific and sensitive information with the therapist without their child present.
