Update: Credit Card Now Required to Book Appointments
To help us better manage our schedule and reduce last-minute no-shows, we now require a credit card at the time of booking.
Your card is securely stored through JaneApp using bank-level encryption.
Card is NOT charged before your visit.
Card is charged ONLY if you don’t show up or cancel too late (less than 24 hours for all services, or less than 48 hours for naturopathic visits).
Insurance: We do not offer direct billing, but you’ll receive a receipt to submit for reimbursement.
Payment Method: Credit card, debit, or cash.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen; contact your practitioner (info below). We’ll always do our best to be flexible.
