**Please book this session if this is your first Virtual Physio appointment, if you are a New Patient, or if you have not seen your Physio for a significant length of time.**
These sessions are done via secure video link where you can get the expert advice of your Physiotherapist from your own home - they will take a thorough history to understand all the influences on your pain and movement problems, assess and analyze your movement, give you ways to self-manage your problem, and coach you on self-release and exercises that are targeted to make you feel and move better.
ConnectTherapy™ trained physios have specialized training in visual observation, movement analysis & movement training. They can provide significant help via a Video session.
