This appointment is for all new clients, or clients who haven't seen the dietitian in 6 months or more. If this is your first meeting, we will take the time to get to know you and your health history and goals, outline the best nutrition plan for you, start to set up specific nutrition goals (e.g. ideal calorie, protein targets), and work on goal planning.
Or, this meeting is a longer meeting necessary for those who haven't seen the Dietitian in 6 months or more.
