OUT OF PROVINCE APPOINTMENTS : Our ND’s are only licensed to treat and diagnose for patients of BC. If you are an out of province patient, our ND’s can work with you but will be sending the treatment plan to your local ND.
WAITLIST : If you do not see a time that works for you, please add yourself to the waitlist. You’ll receive an automatic notification (text or email) of any openings!
CANCELLATION POLICY :We have a strict 24 Hour Cancellation Policy, all late cancellations + no-shows are subject to a 50% appointment fee. For 90min consultations, your deposit will be held if your cancellation is less than 24 hours of your appointment.
INSURANCE : We are happy to offer direct billing to the majority of insurance companies. Coverage for services depends on your specific plan. Please check with your provider as your appointment may not be covered in full at each visit.
