Massage Therapy with Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. It also uses energy healing combined with diaphragm releases, and gentle manipulation of the cranium and sacrum (tailbone area). Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity. It is covered under massage therapy. In this treatment you get Swedish massage combined with 35min of CST. Please wear or bring comfortable clothes for the session as you will remain fully dressed during the CST portion.
