These appointments are for clients who are new to the clinic or for existing clients returning to us after an extended absence (i.e. over 1 year has passed since the last session). All intake sessions will involve intake documentation, client history, and collaborative treatment planning. All initial counselling sessions must be booked directly with our reception team. Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
