Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.

This appointment begins with a 15 minute intake to review your health status and goals. I will start off the treatment with a relaxing gua sha facial massage to increase circulation and lymph flow in your face. This will be followed by the insertion of body acupuncture points to support foundational health imbalances that may be effecting your skin. Finally facial acupuncture points will be inserted in specific locations to target your particular skin concerns. For optimal results 4-6 session should be booked weekly or every other week.
