This session is for new clients and includes a brief assessment to understand your areas of tension, posture, and movement patterns. This helps your therapist tailor the massage to your needs, ensuring a safe and effective session. The remaining time will be used for a personalized relaxation massage.
Please note: As a spa massage practitioner and 2nd year Massage Therapy student, I am currently unable to direct bill. Some insurance providers may not accept my receipts, so please check with your provider prior to booking.

Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.
