Psychological services consist of a 50-minute treatment session one-on-one with a Registered Provisional Psychologist. All follow up psychological sessions are tailored to the client’s individual needs and may involve collaboration with the multidisciplinary team at The Bridge when appropriate and agreed upon.

What it is
Most of the session is talking through what’s changed since last time, then working directly on the issues you brought in — exploring patterns, trying out coping tools or exercises, and ending with a clear sense of what to keep noticing before the next visit.
