Sessions are provided by graduate counselling students completing their clinical training and working under the supervision of a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Supervision takes place outside of the counselling session. These appointments are offered at a reduced fee. Not covered by insurance.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what has shifted since last time and working on it in real time — making sense of patterns, practising ways to respond differently, and staying with difficult thoughts or feelings — so you leave with a clearer thread to pick up between sessions.
