Welcome to The Foot Health Centre! Our Chiropodists are here to help you keep enjoying life’s great moments, every step of the way. Cancellation Policy At The Foot Health Centre, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Out of respect for both our patients and practitioners, we require a minimum of 2 business days’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Notice Period Cancellations or changes must be made at least 2 business days in advance. Please note that our office closes at 3:00 pm on Fridays and we are not open on weekends, so weekend hours are not included in the notice period. Providing advance notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient on our wait list who may be in need of care. Missed or Late-Cancelled Appointments Appointments cancelled with less than 2 business days’ notice, or missed without notice, will be subject to a full visit fee. Emergencies We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
