Traditional acupuncture session for kids! This session uses the ancient principles and practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine and applies them to babies and children. Each session is approached with a very fun and interactive flare to ensure that the patient feels comfortable and excited for the session. Smaller acupuncture needles are used, along with acupressure techniques, gua sha and gentle silicon cupping where applicable. The duration of the treatment is dependent on the child's age and comfort level. All age groups from newborn to 13 years of age are applicable for this session type.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
