Mindful Massage + Meditation
Over the years I have had many clients wish they had some extra time in the massage room after their treatment is finished. Well now I am making that a reality! Following the 1 hour massage, I will leave the room and allow you to enjoy the extra time to meditate, manifest, nap, or to simply be present with yourself.
My intention with this treatment is to fully commit to mindfulness and presence during the massage, allow you to integrate this feeling after the massage, and hopefully help you carry this feeling with you throughout the rest of your day. During the time you are in the room yourself you can do a self guided meditation, I can play a guided meditation on the speaker for you, or you can just simply be in silence. The choice is yours. This is a new addition for me and I am open to any suggestions to help move this vision forward.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
