In the initial visit, clients will meet with Mandy to give her an overview of what brings them to counselling. This session will include topics such as client goals, confidentiality, and clinic policies.

Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
