Hill, this 4-step essential oil application is performed on the back, head, and feet, and is designed to activate your body’s 5 energy meridians, stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system promoting deep relaxation. The light touch and prescribed movements of the application differ from that of a traditional massage therapy treatment, but the relaxation and restorative benefits feel similar!
