Local Artisan Sue Bennett has found her way of staying well through art.

For Sue, creative handwork has been one of the most important of those pieces.
For as long as she can remember, her hands have stayed busyโstitching, mending, and creating. Not for perfection, but as a way to steady her mind, ease stress, and stay grounded in herself.
Over time, this became something more than a pastime. It became a personal practice of care.
A way to return to calm. A way to feel focused. A way to feel well.
Now, Sue is opening her table and sharing that practice with others.
