Due to rising operational costs there will be a fee increase on Jan 1st, 2026 . Please see the new fees on the individual session descriptions.
Initial Assessment = $140
Return Client Assessment = $120
30 min follow up = $83
45 min follow up = $105
60 min follow up = $130
As a clinic we aim to keep these increases small, but we do have to respond to the increasing costs that are needed to provide excellent care. If you have any questions please reach out to Matt (matt@thephysiohub.ca).
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee.
Missed Appointments without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
