Cancellations: We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss your appointment, you will be subject to the full treatment cost. PLEASE NOTE** ALL EVENTS + YOGA Series or Sessions they ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and your card will be charged upon booking. Clinic Information : We are located on the ground floor of the USW Local Building at #105 - 1509 Cliffe Avenue in Courtenay. We do not have a receptionist on duty so please let yourself in have some tea and wait for your practitioner to greet you, check your email for the DOOR CODE . If you are unable to find a time through the online booking portal please put yourself on the waitlist or call/email as we sometimes have other times available that are not shown online. If it is time sensitive for IVF/IUI or cervical ripening/labour induction please email kelsey.remedyroom@gmail.com as she will try to get you in ASAP. Direct Billing is available for most providers
