This is for patients that have previously seen a Chiropractor at our facility that have a NEW injury or ailment. This session will include: history & examination. This session may include: initiation of treatment &/or referral for diagnostic imaging. AFTER BOOKING YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHORT 5 QUESTION INTAKE FORM THAT MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT. Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
