This is a 3 hour block intensive therapy session for folks looking for extended trauma healing work (IFS & EMDR). Please contact and discuss with Jenn prior to booking. Session length is 2 hours and 45 minutes with 15 minutes for file notation.

Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
