We take pride in doing the best we can for each patient. Please note we try our best to schedule patients at your earliest request date.
Our clinic policy does require all patients to keep a credit card on file prior to reserve your appointment. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Missed or cancelled appointments without 48 hours notice, or without a valid reason for late cancellation, will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
