30 minute follow up with Jessica Moretto RPT at 71 James Street Unit 2A (located in the Guelph Midwife Clinic)
Please note that we require 48hours notice of rebooking or cancellations. Less than 48hours notice will result in a fee of 50% of your missed appointment, less than 24hours notice will result in 100% of your missed appointment
