50% cancellation fee if the cancellation occurs within 24H of your scheduled appointment time.
100% cancellation fee if the cancellation occurs within 2H of your scheduled appointment time or if you no show.
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
Waitlist requests for the following practitioners are to be submitted through our website, not the Jane booking site:
OT, SLP, Newborn and Infant Feeding Support, Autism Assessments, Psychoeducational Assessments
All other disciplines use the Jane waitlist feature.
