Your appointment will begin with a clinical prenatal assessment followed by therapeutic treatments that may include clothed techniques and stretching, as well as traditional Swedish and advanced therapeutic massage work. Recommendations for self-care at home may follow. When possible, please wear loose clothing to allow for full range of motion during clothed work.
