Our Empowered Birth Education Series is a supportive, evidence-informed birth education experience designed to help you feel grounded, confident, and prepared as you get ready to welcome your baby. These classes go beyond the basics, offering practical tools, clear information, and space to explore your options so you can approach birth feeling calm, informed, and supported.
Together, we’ll explore physiological birth, what to expect during labour, and how to navigate different birth pathways including hospital, medicated, and unmedicated births. We focus on building real-life coping strategies such as breathing, movement, positioning, and partner support techniques, helping you feel prepared no matter how your birth unfolds. You’ll also receive helpful resources and a birth plan template to support you along the way.
