This visit is for anyone undergoing fertility treatments, and has had bloodwork and/or imaging done prior. In this visit we'll review your fertility history or fertility goals, review past records, and identify initial steps toward your ultimate goal of successful pregnancy. At this visit we will go over your history, labs, and a treatment plan will be provided to you. This visit you have selected is virtual (secure video platform or virtual)
