This appointment is for patients that are NOT new to Dr. Alana Nicholls; but rather have not been seen by her in 6+ months or have a new area of complaint. During this appointment Dr. Alana Nicholls will perform a thorough history and physical examination to better understand your complaint and current health state. You will receive manual care within this appointment time as well.

Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
