If you’ve already seen me and don’t have time in your schedule for a full 60-minute treatment, this is for you! At the beginning of the session we’ll do a brief check-in to see how you’re feeling and if there’s a specific focus for this treatment. Then we’ll do a 45-minute reflexology session.

Most of the hour is spent on the table in hands-on work — pressure, gliding strokes and focused work through specific muscles and connective tissue — with a brief check-in on what changed since last time and a sense of what to keep an eye on between visits.
