Baby & Me: Music & Movement

Imagine deepening your bond with your baby through massage, finger play, singing, dancing, scarf play, and instrument exploration while developing their listening and communication skills, fine and gross motor control, social adaptability, language acquisition, and self-regulation. This 5-week program will also provide a nurturing environment to connect with other families, discuss the joys and challenges of raising a young child, ask questions, and feel fully supported on your parenting journey. Dr. Traci L. Scheepstra, Ph.D., an Educational Specialist and Human Potential and Positivity Coach with over thirty years of experience as an early childhood music and movement educator, will facilitate this program. She is both a mother and a loving grandmother to two children under the age of four.
