StrongHER Together
Join StrongHER Together, an Occupational Therapy–led group designed for girls ages 12 and up with varying abilities. This supportive and uplifting program helps participants build essential self-regulation skills, social communication, and confidence, all while fostering meaningful friendships in a fun and inclusive environment.
Each session combines creative crafts, movement-based activities, and team-building challenges to promote self-awareness, cooperation, and self-expression. Guided by an Occupational Therapist, participants will learn practical strategies to manage emotions, navigate social situations, and recognize their unique strengths — all within a safe, empowering space designed to help them thrive.
