The Reiki practitioner hands will be placed gently on or over the body's chakras and meridians. The practitioner acts as a conduit, which allows the healing life force energy to flow through them and their hands.
Reiki energy eases out any physical or emotional blocks that prevent the movement of high vibrational energy to flow freely through our bodies. A session allows the recipient to connect with their own innate ability to heal.
Reiki is a beautiful addition to any Acupuncture treatment as both modalities assist the body to release blockages and stagnant energy.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
