This 45-minute appointment is intended for existing patients who are experiencing a new concern or returning after three months or more since their last visit. The chiropractor will revisit your health history, perform a focused physical assessment related to your current issue, and update your treatment plan accordingly. If appropriate, treatment will be provided during this session. This allows the chiropractor to ensure your care remains safe, effective, and aligned with your current health needs.

Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
