This appointment is for individuals who are not current patients of Dr. Sim, but are seeking injection therapy. To qualify, you must provide recent bloodwork from the past 3 months showing low levels of vitamin B12 (below 300 pmol/L) and/or vitamin D3 (below 75 nmol/L). Injection fees are an additional $30 for 1000 mcg of vitamin B12 and $50 for 50,000 IU of vitamin D3. After this initial visit, future injection-only appointments will be 10 minutes long and follow the injection fees.
