Customized therapeutic massage addressing one or two trouble spots or areas such as the neck, shoulders, arms, back, legs, or feet. Designed to reduce pain/tension, improve mobility, and restore comfort by using: Relaxation strokes, Deep tissue work, Active release, Trigger point therapy and Myofascial release. Hot stones or massage cupping may be used.
Each appointment begins with a brief assessment to create a plan based on your symptoms, health history, and goals. Whether recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or improving overall well‑being, therapeutic massage decreases restriction, reduces discomfort, and improves long‑term health.
