During your initial appointment, we will discuss your main concern/s, relevant health history and areas of health (ex. energy, sleep, digestion, stress). Any recent blood work or diagnostic testing can be reviewed if provided in advance of your appointment (or, during the visit, we can discuss how to acquire/provide a copy). We will discuss your health goals and establish an individualized treatment plan to improve your health in alignment with your health goals.
