This will be a clothed treatment using advanced techniques, and movement. Allie Weeks will be finished her schooling to become an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner in the Spring of 2025. She will use her skills as a Registered Massage Therapist and an Osteopathic student to help you move and feel better.

Most of the appointment is spent feeling how your joints, muscles and connective tissues are moving together — with guided movement, hands-on assessment and gentle manual techniques — and you leave knowing what was worked on and what to pay attention to afterward.
