Hands-on care for pregnant and postpartum patients to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support your body through pregnancy, birth, and recovery. Treatments are gentle, safe, and tailored to each stage of pregnancy or postpartum healing.
This session may include pregnancy-safe chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, physiotherapy-based exercises, pelvic and core support, and postural coaching to help with low back pain, pelvic girdle pain, hip discomfort, neck tension, and recovery after vaginal or C-section birth.

Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
