Your initial physiotherapy visit is a comprehensive assessment to identify the cause of your concern and begin treatment. Our physiotherapist will review your medical history, perform a physical examination, and discuss your symptoms and goals. Based on this, we’ll start targeted treatment, which may include hands-on techniques, exercises, and education.
We’ll also create a personalized treatment plan to guide your recovery, with follow-up visits and home exercises as needed. Our goal is to relieve your discomfort, improve your movement, and help you return to your daily activities with confidence.
