It releases chemicals in the muscles, spinal cord and brain to help stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities and promote physical and emotional wellbeing.
My treatments may include cupping, gua sha, tui na, massage, Acupuncture, acupressure , mindfulness, breathe work, and medical Qi gong.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
