Assessment: Neurological Rehabilitation
This assessment is targeted towards clients experiencing challenges related to neurological conditions or injuries, including with attention, memory, problem-solving, or executive functioning that impact daily activities, learning, and independence.
This assessment is for new clients that do not require a written report.
This assessment is 65 minutes in duration and consists of direct observation, discussion regarding the identified concerns, recommendations from the assessment, and treatment planning, if needed.
No report or written summary will be provided. However, if written recommendations are requested instead of verbal, a Summary Report can be added. Please contact us for further details.

What it is
Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
