This assessment is targeted towards clients experiencing communication challenges affecting speech, language, literacy, fluency, or functional communication that are not limited to a single area of concern and may involve a combination of factors impacting daily communication and participation.
This assessment is for new clients that do not require a written report.
This assessment is 65 minutes in duration and consists of direct observation, discussion regarding the identified concerns, recommendations from the assessment, and treatment planning, if needed.
No report or written summary will be provided. However, if written recommendations are requested instead of verbal, a Summary Report can be added. Please contact us for further details.

Most of this first speech appointment is spent figuring out how you communicate and where things break down — conversation, listening, sound production, language tasks and sometimes reading or swallowing checks — then you leave with a clear summary of findings and next steps.
