Relationship Counselling - Telemedicine
75 minute session with 15 minutes set aside for documentation. Marlene provides counselling and support using the Gottman Method to help people in relationships learn to manage conflict in positive ways and to build friendship and intimacy. The first three sessions will involve working together to assess strengths and challenges in the relationship and set goals for counselling collaboratively. This session will be done remotely via Jane Online Conferencing or over the telephone. We will send you a link just prior to the session start time. You need to have good internet connection and a private place to speak comfortably.

A couples counselling hour is spent with both of you in the room, talking through the patterns, arguments and stuck points between you while the counsellor keeps the pace, reflects back what they’re hearing and helps you leave with a clearer next step.
