An individual counselling session providing time to complete patient intake information, explore concerns, develop goals, and work toward meaningful change.
Sessions provided via Jane Online Video Conferencing or telephone work well for clients who may be unable to come to the office in person. We will send you a link just prior to the session start time. You need to have a good internet connection and a private place to speak comfortably.
