This longer session combines NB-UVB phototherapy with supportive therapies to enhance light absorption and improve treatment outcomes—especially for thicker or more persistent plaques. Your visit may include: - Warm compresses to soften plaques and improve circulation. - Epsom salt or warm water soaks to loosen scaling and prepare the skin. - Paraffin applications (when appropriate) for deep softening of localized lesions - Adjunctive acupuncture to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and support symptom relief. Once plaques are softened and prepared, NB-UVB is applied using the same precise narrowband wavelength used in the short session. This option is ideal for patients seeking a more comprehensive treatment approach, those with thicker lesions, or individuals who benefit from added symptom-relief techniques.
